Memorial for Andrea Koenig To Be Held on December 7

There will be a memorial held in memory of Andrea Koenig on December 7th 2019 at the Downtown Central Library in London. 

When: December 7th 10am 

Where: The Lawson room at the Central Library in London 

All who knew Andrea or were touched by her advocacy are welcome to come.

If you have something you would like to share there will be opportunity for community members to say a few words, whether you do so, or stand in silence your presence will be welcome.

LAST is a grassroots, peer-support, and self advocacy organization, entirely run by Autistic people. We are based in London, Ontario. We formed in 2016 in response to a lack of support for adults on the Autism spectrum, as well as a lack of intersectionality in mainstream Autism organizations. We currently run a peer support group for Autistic adults, and we are looking to expand what we do to include more advocacy for disability rights, as well as education for the broader community about Autism, and Autistic rights, and to provide social opportunities for people on the spectrum.
